During his medical career he worked at the University Hospital of Bash City which belongs to the Romanian Ministry of Health, Dr. Osama Al-Mashah worked as a Gynecologist at the Queen Rania Hospital for two years. and at Al-Aqsa Hospital as head of Gynecology department and head of Gynecology department at Al-Jazeera Hospital. Since 2009, Dr. Osama Al-Mashah has been working at Heba Hospital for Obstetrics and Gynecology
