Registration Policy
DOCMAP · Jordan
Who can register
Doctors must hold a valid license from the Jordan Medical Association (or the relevant authority). Clinics must be licensed by the Ministry of Health and operate within the scope of that license. Patients must be at least 18 years old, or register under the supervision of a guardian. Everyone registering must provide accurate, up-to-date information and have no professional or legal restriction preventing them from practising or using the platform.
What you'll need
Doctors: full legal name, specialty and sub-specialties, license number, contact details, and clinic address. Clinics: trade name, license or commercial registration number, official contact details, and a list of certified doctors. Patients: full name, an active phone number, and optionally an email address.
How registration works
1) Create your account and fill in the registration form carefully. 2) Verify contact information - a code is sent to your email or phone. 3) Team review - DOCMAP's team checks licences and submitted documents, within 48 working hours for doctors and clinics. 4) Activation - once verified, your account goes live and your profile is published.
Your responsibilities
Keep your password safe and never share it. Update your information whenever it changes. Use your account honestly - no impersonation, false data, or duplicate accounts. Respect Jordanian laws and medical ethics when using the platform.
What's not allowed
Submitting false or misleading information; creating multiple accounts without approval; using DOCMAP for unrelated commercial promotion; attempting to hack or disrupt the platform; or publishing content that violates laws or ethics.
Account suspension or deletion
DOCMAP may suspend or remove accounts if policies or terms are violated, incorrect or forged documents are submitted, verified complaints are received from patients or authorities, or accounts remain inactive without activation. Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
Privacy and data protection
DOCMAP is committed to protecting your personal and medical information. Data is never shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
